The SMOK Morph 3 Vape Kit comes with the all new T-Air Subtank, which provides an excellent DTL (direct-to-lung) vaping experience that produces thick clouds of vapour. The tank has an easy top fill, push fit coils, and top airflow, making it an easy to use but powerful sub ohm tank. The kit comes with and is compatible with the new TA sub ohm coils, which have a mesh design that quickly heats e-liquid for improved flavour and vapour production. We recommend to use 70VG e-liquids with either the 0.15ohm dual coil (recommended up to 60W) or the 0.2ohm single coil (recommended up to 70W). When combined with the low resistance coils, the adjustable top airflow prevents leakage and lets more air in to travel over the coils, resulting in increased vapour production.
The Morph 3 mod includes several output modes. Variable wattage allows you to change the power level of your kit to generate the quantity of vapour. The temperature control mode allows you to set a maximum temperature for your coils, preventing them from burning, and you may utilise varied degrees of heat to unleash new flavours with your favourite e-liquids.
The Morph 3 has a similar zinc alloy finish as the Morph 2, a smooth leather grip, and an informative 0.96" LCD screen that displays the mode, battery life, coil resistance, wattage, and puff count. To charge your twin 18650 batteries (not included), utilise a USB Type-C charging connection.

Refunds, Exchanges & Warranties
Order Mistakes
If you've made an error when placing your order, please contact us immediately. We'll do our best to intercept the order before it's processed, but this may not always be possible. If it's too late, please refer to the Unwanted Products section below.
We only refund the lowest-cost postage option (2nd class Royal Mail untracked) for returned items. Postage will not be refunded for unwanted items or non-defective products.
Missing Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days, please use our Contact Form and include your 6-digit order number and full postal address. We’ll investigate with the courier, but please allow up to 10 days for resolution. During this time, we cannot issue refunds or resend items. See our Shipping Policy for more details.
Unwanted Products
Unwanted hardware (excluding liquids and disposables) may be returned at your expense for a refund (excluding postage) within 14 days of delivery, provided:
- The product is unopened and in original packaging
- It’s in resaleable condition with no damage
- You cover return postage
- You’ve received return authorisation via our Contact Form
- Note: Consumables such as liquids, drip tips, pods, coils, and disposables are non-returnable
Exchanges
To exchange an item, we recommend placing a new order for the desired product and then contacting us for return instructions for the unused/unopened item. This ensures faster delivery and refund processing.
Incorrect Items Received
If we’ve sent the wrong item, please contact us before opening or using the product. To process a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Items are unopened and unused
- Photo of packing slip uploaded
- Photo of received item uploaded
- 6-digit order number provided (e.g. #123456)
- Brief explanation of the error
- Wrong item returned
Disposable Devices
No Warranty Coverage for Disposables
- Due to hygiene concerns, disposables cannot be returned or inspected
- Puff counts are manufacturer estimates and vary by user habits
- Claims for lack of taste or dead-on-arrival cannot be validated
- Disposables are short-term products. For long-term use, consider rechargeable kits with replaceable coils/pods
Hardware – Kits, Mods & Tanks
All non-disposable kits, mods, and tanks include a manufacturer’s warranty. You must register your product with the brand using the instructions provided in the box.
We offer a 30-day guarantee from the date of delivery. This excludes faults due to incorrect assembly, misuse, neglect, or wear and tear. Damage caused by the customer may void eligibility for refund or replacement.
If your item becomes faulty within 30 days, please contact us with full details and photo/video evidence. We may attempt troubleshooting remotely. If unresolved, we’ll authorise a return for inspection. If deemed defective, we’ll issue a refund. (Exchanges may not always be available.)
Coils, Atomizers & Pods
These items are not covered by warranty as they are consumables with limited lifespans. Always soak new coils for at least 15 minutes before use. Lifespan depends on liquid type, wattage, and coil resistance.
Example lifespan: 3–14 days with correct usage. Below is general guidance (check manufacturer specs):
- 2Ω: 7–13W
- 0.8Ω: 12–15W
- 0.5Ω: 20–50W
- 0.4Ω: 25–40W
- 0.3Ω: 35–50W
- 0.2Ω: 50–75W
- 0.1Ω: 75–90W
Damaged Hardware on Arrival
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Retain all packaging and parts for inspection. Claims outside this timeframe cannot be considered.

Delivery Methods
We offer 5 delivery methods depending on your location. No signature is required, but a PIN number will be supplied by DPD if picking up from a shop.
- DPD Next Day (Mon–Fri, occasionally weekends)
- DPD Ship to Shop
- DPD 2 Day for Northern Ireland
- RM Next Day (Mon–Sat) for Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Islands
- Free Store Pickup in Washington & Carlisle
We supplement the postage so you receive the most efficient courier service at no extra cost. If your parcel is delayed, postage will not be refunded. Free delivery is available on orders over £40.
NOTE: For the Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, and Scilly Isles — Royal Mail allows only two battery devices per order. All other products ship as usual.
Due to the disposable ban, our upgraded prefilled kits (which include a battery and are refillable) offer a sustainable and cost-effective alternative. A wide range of flavoured prefilled pods are available and not restricted.
Important Delivery Instructions
Use the tracking provided by the courier to set delivery instructions. If you don’t want your parcel left with a neighbour, safe place, or pickup shop, you must inform the courier. Safe place requests are at your own risk. If your safe place is a porch, it must be unlocked or the courier may leave the parcel outside.
If your order is left at a Pickup shop, you must collect it within 6 days or it will be returned to us. We will refund your order minus DPD charges (£4.50 attempted delivery + £4.50 return).
Please check your address, email, and phone number when placing an order. If incorrect and the parcel is returned, we will refund minus postage (£4.50 attempted + £4.50 return). If unretrievable, no refund will be issued.
Shipping & Processing
Once your order is confirmed, paid, and age verified, it will be processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

- You’ll receive a dispatch notification from the courier
- Note: If age verification fails or is pending, we cannot ship your parcel. See our Age Verification Policy.
Orders placed after 4pm Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed Monday (or next business day if a holiday). Occasionally we process on Sundays, but this is not guaranteed.
Once processed, delivery is typically next day (Mon–Fri) via Express24, or 2-day for Northern Ireland. If delayed, wait 5 days before contacting us. We’ll then report to the courier.
No postage refunds are offered for delayed parcels.
Returns Due to Address or Cancellation
If your parcel is returned to us unopened, we’ll refund your order minus postage (£4.50 attempted + £4.50 return).
Cancelled Orders
If you cancel after processing, we may not retrieve it before dispatch. In this case, postage charges still apply. If cancelled the same day, we’ll try to intercept before processing — but our turnaround is fast to meet next-day delivery deadlines.
Delivery Delays
Most deliveries arrive next business day if ordered before 4pm Mon–Thurs. Occasionally delays occur due to roadblocks, industrial action, or weather. Couriers will notify and reschedule.
We do not guarantee next-day delivery and do not refund postage for delays.

After 7 days, we’ll contact the courier. Their investigation may take up to 10 days and includes checking delivery photos, location, depot, and driver records.
Royal Mail Service
For Isles of Scilly, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man, and Scottish Highlands/Irelands, we use Royal Mail Next Day delivery (next business day after dispatch).
